Welcome To The Wales School for Social Care Research
The School is funded by Health and Care Research Wales to support social care research capacity building in ways that make a tangible difference to social care in Wales.
The main aims of the School are:
AIM 1: To lead and promote the development of a culture of research-mindedness, evidence-enriched practice, and research activity in social care services in Wales.
AIM 2: To increase the quantity and quality of social care research in both practice and academia through providing leadership.
AIM 3: To help develop, improve and support public involvement in social care research in Wales.
AIM 4: To help identify social care research priorities and knowledge gaps in Wales, and to assist the sector to address those areas.
